Responsibilities
- Define the Strategic Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive 5-year strategic plan focused on the 2026 horizon, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced Robotics) to predict their impact on our industry.
- Market Forecasting: Conduct deep-dive research into market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify future opportunities.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and product leads to ensure consensus on future-state goals.
- Innovation Strategy: Spearhead initiatives to foster a culture of innovation, ensuring we are prepared for the paradigm shifts of 2026.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or product management within a high-growth tech environment.
- Forecasting Skills: Proven track record of building and executing long-term roadmaps (5+ years) with measurable outcomes.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and future tech stacks, including cloud infrastructure, data analytics, and AI integration.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
