Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends.
- Cross-functional leadership: Partner with engineering, design, and sales to translate vision into actionable features.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, including C-Suite presentations and executive updates.
- Drive product innovation initiatives and evaluate feasibility of new technologies.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of agile thinking.
- Measure and report on the success of product launches and roadmap milestones.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, or Product Strategy roles.
- Proven track record of leading product roadmaps for complex, enterprise-level software.
- Experience with Strategic Planning and long-term forecasting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Demonstrated success in driving innovation and managing ambiguity.
