- Analyze emerging market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product management, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
- Manage project lifecycles, resource allocation, and budget constraints to optimize ROI.
- Communicate complex strategic concepts to diverse stakeholders with clarity and persuasion.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical program management.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale strategic initiatives and delivering results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market research.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
