Responsibilities
- Architect Future Pipelines: Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to build robust talent pipelines specifically for 2026 strategic initiatives and emerging tech roles.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from defining technical requirements and screening candidates to negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding.
- Collaborative Leadership: Partner closely with CTOs and Engineering Directors to understand complex technical needs and ensure cultural alignment.
- Talent Brand Ambassador: Represent Nexus Future Labs at industry conferences, hackathons, and networking events to elevate our employer brand.
- Process Optimization: Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously refine sourcing strategies to improve time-to-hire and quality of hire.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of filling hard-to-fill roles in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering.
- Strategic Vision: Deep understanding of the 2026 tech landscape, including trends in Generative AI, Blockchain, and SaaS.
- Sourcing Mastery: Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social recruiting, passive candidate engagement).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
