Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into successful business initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3.0 ecosystems
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking or related foresight methodologies preferred
