- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks and progress to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive cultural adoption of experimental methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, R&D, or strategic planning roles
- Proven track record leading complex projects from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
