Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- 8+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech development
- Proven track record forecasting commercial adoption of frontier technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, AI ethics, or decentralized systems
