Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of the 2026 strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum, Sustainable Tech) to drive product differentiation and innovation.
- Cultivate cross-functional relationships with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to translate vision into execution.
- Prioritize R&D initiatives based on market potential, feasibility, and ROI analysis.
- Present complex strategic insights to C-level executives and key external stakeholders.
- Monitor global market trends and competitor activities to mitigate risks and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management, strategy consulting, or innovation leadership.
- Proven track record of leading high-level strategic initiatives with a specific focus on future trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and forecast market shifts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in the Technology or SaaS sector is highly preferred.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
