Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 inbound/outbound calls daily with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM tools and proprietary systems
- Meet/exceed KPIs: 90% CSAT, <120s AHT, 85% FCR
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service protocols
- Participate in quarterly training for product/process updates
- Maintain 100% compliance with PCI-DSS regulations
Qualifications
- 1+ years call center or customer service experience
- Minimum 35 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Excellent active listening and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Valid government-issued photo ID and work authorization
