Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (handle time, CSAT)
- Collaborate with team members for seamless service
- Participate in ongoing training programs
- Upsell products when appropriate opportunities arise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 30+ WPM
- Comfortable with multitasking in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows, CRM software)
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Flexible availability (including weekends)
- Must pass background/drug screening
