Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing inquiries, technical issues, and service complaints
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call quality, resolution time)
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery
- Participate in quarterly training sessions on new products
- Adhere to compliance protocols (HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Type 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Pass background/drug screening
- Reliable transportation to downtown office
