Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time customer support via live chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve technical inquiries and product issues using knowledge base systems
- Document interactions in CRM while maintaining 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers for complex technical escalations
- Proactively identify process improvements for customer experience
- Maintain strict compliance with data security protocols
- Participate in bi-weekly product training sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer service or technical support role
- Proven chat support experience with CRM tools (Zendesk/Salesforce)
- Exceptional written communication skills (60+ WPM typing)
- Proficiency in Windows OS and troubleshooting methodologies
- Ability to multitask 5-7 concurrent chats
- High school diploma; college degree preferred
- Availability for weekend shifts (1 weekend/month)
