Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% first-contact resolution rate
- Document interactions in CRM system while maintaining 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex product issues
- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-sell additional services
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product offerings and service protocols
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics for quality and efficiency
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance service expertise
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask across multiple digital channels
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Spanish fluency is highly desirable
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent required
