Job Overview:
You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional service and support through phone, email, and chat channels. We value clear communication and a positive attitude above all else.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information into the CRM system.
- Follow standard operating procedures and scripts to ensure consistent service quality.
- Identify upselling opportunities to meet team performance goals.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30 WPM minimum).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidates.
