Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by clarifying the problem, developing solutions, and providing alternatives.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or email support role.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and accuracy.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with CRM software and communication tools.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
