Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Respond to customer messages via live chat with accuracy and speed.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain Tone: Uphold a professional, friendly, and empathetic brand voice in all communications.
- Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Problem Solving: Navigate complex issues and escalate cases to senior support when necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or chat support is preferred but not required for top candidates.
- Communication: Excellent written communication skills and the ability to type at least 40 WPM.
- Tools: Proficiency in using computers, internet browsers, and standard software.
- Reliability: Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
