Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional live chat support to customers via multiple communication channels.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and professionally.
- Accurately process orders, returns, refunds, and account information.
- Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score through attentive listening and empathy.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the team lead to identify process improvements and training needs.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and policy changes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from distractions.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat windows simultaneously.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
