- Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional, friendly, and patient tone.
- Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and account information in our CRM.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to increase satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the backend team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Adhere to strict quality assurance metrics and performance KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must have a dedicated home office setup with a high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps).
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) with high accuracy.
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar and spelling.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat windows simultaneously.
- Previous experience in customer service or call centers is preferred but not required.
