Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy, patience, and efficiency.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve service standards.
- Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required for eager learners.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
