Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution to solve it.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Route problems to the appropriate resource person.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Document all customer interactions and actions accurately.
- Upsell products and services to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proven customer support or call center experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to de-escalate difficult situations and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
