Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details in our CRM system.
- Provide accurate product information and guide customers through solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate critical issues and improve service protocols.
- Maintain a professional demeanor during peak hours and high-pressure situations.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within customer interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
