Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist customers with account information, billing questions, and service troubleshooting.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and issues in the CRM system.
- Resolve complex customer complaints while adhering to company policies and scripts.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
