- CRM Management: Accurately document all customer interactions and details within our CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up.
- Policy Adherence: Maintain a professional demeanor while strictly following call scripts and quality assurance guidelines.
- Feedback Loop: Identify trends in customer feedback and report them to management to improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Equipment: Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free home office.
