Responsibilities
- Perform standard warehouse operations including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock rotations to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not always required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Phoenix facility.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as required.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
