Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise accurately to ensure timely distribution and customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the system.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production and shipping goals.
- Inspect packages for damage and process returns or exchanges efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level applicants.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Oakland facility.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
