Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Safely load, unload, and transport goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, verify, and record incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment with strict attention to detail and accuracy.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Equipment Handling: Perform routine safety checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and digital logging for inventory and shipping processes.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required by business volume.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory tracking.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required to commute to the facility.
- Attitude: A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
