Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks and trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and organizing stockrooms efficiently.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and handheld scanners, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background: Clean background check required.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
