Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage freight accurately and efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and maintain certification compliance.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse management regarding workflow needs.
- Package and prepare shipments for outbound delivery with high attention to detail.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Denver facility.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
