Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Assist in scanning, sorting, and organizing stock to ensure accurate inventory levels and organization.
- Packing & Shipping: Pack and prepare orders for shipment with strict attention to detail to prevent damage.
- Equipment Handling: Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Site Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with all safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
