Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical and customer support during weekend shifts to ensure seamless operations.
- Resolve complex inquiries and service issues with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate with the local team to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
- Document all customer interactions and service tickets using our CRM tools.
- Assist in inventory management and daily facility maintenance as needed.
- Ensure a premium customer experience for every visitor and client interaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Reliable transportation in the San Francisco area.
