Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot common technical or service-related issues for our client base.
- Data Management: Accurately input and maintain customer records and transaction data into our CRM systems.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with the weekday team to ensure seamless workflow transitions and communication.
- Inventory & Logistics: Assist in the daily restocking and organization of office supplies and equipment.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report trends to the management team for continuous improvement.
- Adherence to Policy: Strictly follow company protocols, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
