Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care during weekend shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Accurately document patient records and maintain HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed during downtime
- Participate in weekend team huddles and training sessions
Qualifications
- Current California RN/LVN/CNA license or medical assistant certification
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience required
- Weekend availability mandatory (both Saturday/Sunday)
- BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Spanish bilingual preferred but not required
