Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues with first-call resolution
- Document interactions in CRM system with 98% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Proactively upsell products based on customer needs
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for satisfaction and efficiency
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital channels
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Available for rotating weekend/evening shifts
- Valid Indiana driver's license (for occasional off-site duties)
