Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory checks and stock organization to ensure accuracy and order fulfillment.
- Package and label shipments according to company standards and carrier guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Assist in the receiving and shipping departments as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Reliable transportation and a history of consistent attendance.
- Willingness to work weekends and night shifts as required.
