Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse and logistics operations during the weekend shift (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of 5-10 warehouse associates to ensure maximum productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory control team to prevent stockouts.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards to maintain a secure work environment.
- Handle escalated customer service inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently under pressure.
- Conduct daily shift briefings and quality control checks.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service operations.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Must be available to work weekends on a full-time basis.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
