Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Complete daily productivity and quality reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to the North Columbus facility
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety
