Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to move, locate, and verify merchandise.
- Load and Unload Trucks: Efficiently manage the loading and unloading of inbound and outbound shipments to meet delivery deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate cycle counts and inventory adjustments to maintain stock accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and care.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and compliant with all safety and OSHA regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
