Responsibilities
- Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock organization during peak weekend hours.
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email regarding order status and inquiries.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to transfer knowledge and ensure continuity.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer software.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods.
