Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with precision and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, in strict accordance with safety protocols.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks on outgoing orders to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a 100% clean and organized workspace, adhering to OSHA and company safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but training is provided for motivated candidates.
- Ability to safely lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
