Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure high customer satisfaction rates.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the WMS system.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and compliant with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality assurance guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior logistics experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions with high attention to detail.
