Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and staging inventory with precision.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits with high accuracy to minimize shrinkage.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines during weekend shifts.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques and safety protocols.
- Assist in training new warehouse associates on safety procedures and equipment operation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule (Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license may be required.
