Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Trucks: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory from delivery trucks to the warehouse floor.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels by organizing merchandise and ensuring the warehouse is tidy and organized.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling, boxing, and verifying accuracy against packing slips.
- Customer Service: Assist customers with product inquiries and provide a friendly, professional face for the team.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with some flexibility for shifts starting early morning.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory counts.
