Responsibilities
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment using standard warehouse equipment.
- Inventory Control: Assist in cycle counts, stock organization, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Material Handling: Move, locate, and place merchandise and materials in specific locations using forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before leaving the facility.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and free of hazards during and after shifts.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including packing slips and logs, with 100% accuracy.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Entry Level: No previous warehouse experience required; full training is provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer interfaces.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
