Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily weekend logistics operations across multiple warehouse locations
- Manage inventory tracking and reconciliation using WMS systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of 5-8 weekend associates
- Resolve operational escalations and ensure SLA compliance
- Generate performance reports and optimize weekend workflows
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Communicate seamlessly with weekday management teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in logistics or operations coordination
- Proficiency with warehouse management software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including Saturdays and Sundays
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Spanish fluency preferred (bilingual environment)
