Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages efficiently to ensure timely distribution.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and within compliance guidelines.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records for the weekend shift.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve any logistical issues immediately.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn warehouse management systems quickly.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Cleveland facility.
