Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely forklift, pallet jack, and operate conveyor systems to move goods efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet daily KPIs and customer satisfaction targets.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging standards are met before dispatch.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and warehouse protocols at all times to maintain a secure environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; comprehensive training provided.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license (Class C) is a plus.
