Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipping using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and products within the warehouse.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring product safety during transit.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic inspection and maintenance of warehouse equipment and tools.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; experience in logistics or warehousing is a plus.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
