Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and containers using forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack merchandise to meet customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock organization.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe workplace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic checks and cleaning of warehouse equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and colleagues to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- No Experience Required: Ideal for entry-level candidates looking to start a career in logistics.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical labor.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable method of transportation and a positive attitude.
