Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using RF scanners.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to maintain inventory flow.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.
- Organize warehouse aisles and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Verify shipment contents against packing lists for accuracy.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
