The Role:
We are looking for a reliable Shift Lead to oversee operations during our peak weekend hours. You will ensure the smooth flow of inventory and maintain our high standards of safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and workflow during weekend shifts.
- Manage and motivate a team of warehouse associates.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Basic computer proficiency (inventory software experience is a plus).
